Great location

The location was great. It had adequate space for our family, the facilities were manageable.

One of the accommodations had a foul smell, the staff did attempt to resolve this. The other accommodation sofa bed was broken luckily we didn't need it. However it did have a dent in the cushioning making it uncomfortable to sit in the spot.

Nothing, everything perfect. Tv didnt have a remote but not a major issue as was either out or watched my streaming services on my tablet

I FOUND IT HANDY TO GET TO BUSES AND TOWN NOT FAR AWAY

THE ONLY BAD THING FOR ME WAS HAVING TO GO UP AND DOWN STAIRS UP TO PROPERTY WHICH WAS OUTSIDE

budget stay, close to skegness

the bed was comfy and the location of park into skegness town centre was walkable.

we were not informed that the apartment was above the club and amusement arcade. also a £50 deposit payable on arrival that we were unaware of.

The drinks we had in the pitch and putt, we had two bottled ciders and a Pepsi, everything tasted very chemically

Pretty average site as a base no real holiday things to do onsite not really for kids holiday.

breakfast was good only meal we ate there once. Really nice Italian restaurant close by called San Ruffo and close to the town.

The check out was told to ring this number kept calling it but no answer walked to reception as they didn't answer phone to be told that the number that was told to ring no one there as housekeeping off weekend . So why give us that number??? No pool not really any entertainment apart from bingo and pub singer.

Not like pictures

Location great nicely set out

In the pictures its a ground floor apartment its not ! A welcome pack would of been nice touch . It gets very hot so take your own fan. Tip for house keeping close curtains so guest don't have to walk in to an oven .

Good Stay overrall

The location was ideal and close to the beach and shops

The check-in process was not straightforward. Late check in number doesn't work and no clear instructions until you arrive on site there is a poster saying keys will have to be collected from the pub next door. There is also a £50 refundable security deposit.
