Everything was just so relaxing, staff were great especially the young emotional girl in the arcade, she deserves a pay rise she did all the running around whilst the other girls in the food counter just sat laughing at her and between themselves on there phones. Food was amazing and entertainment really good too.
There wasn't enough penny machines in the arcade and the children's part had very limited things on for the kids.

Entertainment and Simon was great very entertaining and enthusiastic in his job
The apartment could have been a little cleaner. Only one pillow each on the bed had to buy some to make our sleep better. Settee and chair requires a deep clean very marked and dirty Also kitchen could do with being more equipped with day to day essential items. No trays for cooking things in oven

We had a great week at North shore, although it was a budget holiday we found the place pleasingly pleasent and great value for money. The park was a little run down but overall a good time had.
Nothing was disliked apart from the food and entertainment at the clubhouse but overall good.
