Great location for exploring Skegness but also North Shore beach. The Caravan had everything we needed for a few nights away with my young family. We just brought our own towels and bed linen. Clean, quiet site which was easy to find and this caravan had parking right outside the front.

Perfect Location

We liked being able to park outside the caravan. Especially when we travelled with a disabled parent who cannot walk far. The site is in a nice spot to walk to the beach and town. The Caravan had all the facilities we would need of we stayed longer than 2 nights

cold and damp but it was October when we stayed.

the caravan was located in a great parts of the area and everything needed. it appeared damp each morning waking up and everything appeared wet and damp was the only down fall but it was as October so this could be the reason why. everything you need is in the caravan and the people who own it always message back etc

arriving at the site and went into the bar asked for a drink to be told by the bar staff it’s not a gay bar, luckily as a gay person I was not offended but shocked he said that.

A fab little getaway

The location of the caravan is perfect. The caravan was very spacious, plenty of space with all things we needed to ensure we had a great stay. It felt like a home from home experience and will definitely book in future. Everything was smooth from the start to finish. The owners couldn’t have been anymore accommodating, thank you.

In a good location, close to a lot of attractions. Children enjoyed the arcade and park on site. All good thank you.

Enjoyed our stay a few niggles but amazing value for money

Comfy beds and seating, good range of kitchenware, pleased there was a few cleaning products available. I thought it was a nice touch that there were games, dvds and buckets and spades available. It was mostly clean.

The shower temperature is a nightmare, it was so hot and we couldn’t figure it out! Maybe some instructions would be helpful. Bit of mould on the windows and shower. The headboard in the master bedroom was mouldy/mildew. The window in that room doesn’t close properly maybe some instructions on how to shut it might be helpful as I now know you have to push it from the outside. The toilet in the main bathroom has a temperamental flush. The portable heater in the lounge has a broken foot. The outside door to the lounge does not shut unless you lock it. A toilet roll would be helpful on arrival, I did have some they were just buried in our luggage.
