We enjoyed our stay, the house is lovely and in a great location, if the few maintenance issues were resolved it would b
It’s a well presented spacious property with the advantage of an en suite double bedroom downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is modern and comfortable. It was also very clean and well presented on arrival.
There is seating for only four people in the living which is not a lot for such a large property. There are gaps in between the living room blinds when closed making the inside visible from outside at night. The shower head holder in the en suite was broken so I couldn’t use it and the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms are springy and uncomfortable.

Excellent, close to everything shop wise for a weekend
Great location, 4 double beds in separate bedrooms. All amenities available to make you self sufficient for the stay.

I wouldn’t stay again , the only thing I would say is the location was great for all amenities
Great location
The bathroom wasn’t clean , no towels , one of the chairs in the dining room the leg was broken . I sat on it and it broke straight away . The floor boards in the lounge were loose near the television and there were various stains on the carpets . The bed I slept in was horrendous and pillows were old and lumpy . The only person that a good night sleep was the one that slept in the extension. The gardens were completely over grown back and front . We only stayed one night instead of the 4 that we had booked a year in advance as I had tried to move the date 4 times due to ill health to no avail . I should have been give the option to change the dates with months and month notice . Owner was very unresponsive and I am still waiting for a resolution about our stay . I appreciate the owner lives abroad but when I spoke with the agent since leaving I was given a load of personal excuses via a text . Giving them the benefit of the doubt I have waited over a month before I leave a review and still have no resolution to why I couldn’t change the date

Filthy accomadation
Near shops and sea front.
Black mould around fridge/freezer door seals. Leak under the sink with rags placed under the leak to try and prevent water spillage on the kitchen floor. Filthy drawers and cupboards in kitchen units with dead flies amongst the cutlery and crockery. The shower upstairs didn't drain properly and you had to stand in inches of water whilst showering, a very big slip hazard. Some Cutlery was rusted over and plates were caked with dried food and the cups were stained with tea and coffee, we had to wash and sterilize all before use. The kitchen bin was filthy with caked on waste products left inside and outside. Springs sticking out into your back on one of the mattresses upstairs. The toilet seat was very loose and moved about when my disabled sister sat on it in the downstairs toilet, she couldn't access the upstairs toilet due to her disabilities. The outside patio area was covered in weeds. White patio table and chairs were filthy covered in some black substance, you couldn't sit on the chairs and use the table to enjoy cool refreshments in the sun. Popcorn was on the carpet in the lounge which previous holiday makers complained about in their review and was still THERE!!!. The whole place was a potential Fire hazard with too many wires lying about the place and too many plugs plugged into one socket. Layers of dust everywhere, non skirting boards and shelves, dead flies everywhere. Food and Hygiene Hazard. The back of the wardrobe in the bedroom had fallen off, which was also mentioned in previous reviews and not fixed. Lampshades covered in black dust. Two bed side lamps unable to be plugged in as no plug sockets near bed, (there for cosmetic reasons only) in downstairs bedroom where my disabled sister slept, you had to switch lights off on the wall and try to find the bed in the dark which was very dangerous due to her mobility issues, Very High risk of Falls and Injury.

Avoid ! Not as pics shown
I would Avoid!! Definitely not as the pics shown on the website ! Garden very overgrown and weeds everywhere. Outside space unusable. Nextdoor Neighbours outside light on constantly which meant back bedroom lite up all night, Downstairs shower unusable , showerhead not secure. Beds uncomfortable, Could feel all the slats. Lampshades all on upside down, Bulbs not working. Not many mirrors , No clocks that worked . Extention leads everywhere , surely cant meet Health & Safety standards. Generally needs lots of Work doing to the property, Very close to the train station and town Centre. Parking can be abit of a pain as there is a hospital opposite so cant always park in the street. Would not recommend the property in the state its in at present.

Spacious, but lacked basic cleanliness, maintanence and value for money.
The location of the property was perfect, walking distance from everything including Skegness centre, Morrisons and the train station. The house was very large, it had lot's of room to do all sorts of activities like exercise, board games and playing with dogs etc. It also meant we could leave bags in areas without it getting in the way or being a tripping hazard. The heating was borderline TOO efficient (see my other section for more info).
Unfortunately there were a significant amount of disappointments: -1 of the beds had broken slats (It has visible failed repair attempts). -Cleanliness was sub-par. Used tissues under the bed, dirty and stained towel in the bathroom, socks underneath the lounge chairs, hoover was blocked meaning we couldn't clean, stained carpets and dirty hand prints in the upstairs hallway. -Living Room had a gas fire with a 'Danger: Safety Warning Do Not Use' sign placed inside the fire shield, the gas pipe was still present but disconnected and hanging, it didn't look like it had been professionally disconnected so we were very wary of being in the room with this on show. -The downstairs toilet didn't flush on arrival. -The garden was unmaintained and looked nothing like the listing. Previous guests' dog droppings, rotten fruit everywhere from the fruit trees and muddy. We booked this property as we have dogs and the garden was useful for them, but meant we couldn't let them outside unattended as we had to make sure they didn't try to eat the rotten fruit or bring mud into the house. -The heating was impossible to control, arrived at the property with the inside temp at 25c. There was a portable thermostat control but it didn't work. There was then a wall controlled thermostat which we couldn't figure out with no manual. -The pictures show that 2 bedrooms had TVs but only the living room had a TV. -1 bedroom had zero storage, no draws, no wardrobe. Only had an old computer desk which was inaccessible. -One bathroom had no lock at all, the other had a lock that didn't work. -Arrived with the black dustbin full and not put out, there was no prior instructions telling us to put the bin out during our stay. There was an info folder in the living room but only listed 2023 collection dates luckily we were able to google the correct dates and put it out in time.

Pleasant stay everything was as expected. Great location for Skegness attractions.
Excellent location; Morrisons end of the road, Beach 10 mins walk. We had to contact the host about small issue with the key box but it got sorted very quickly, and the host is very friendly and helpful.
Not a big issue but be aware 2 of the doubles upstairs the beds are very low down. Not for people with weak knees!
