Enjoyed the caravan was clean and good location

The beds were quite uncomfortable and I think if there was a lamp in main bedroom or light switch nearer the bed it would of been better

Ok apart from on site pricing

The caravan was perfect for us and quiet enough as we have autistic children.

As we spent only 2 days there, for example, the price of the passes to use facilities should reflect the stay time. I paid 125 quid for my kids to go swimming twice at 45 minutes a time, me and the wife couldn't due to circumstances. It also enabled us to access the bar, so I don't really think 125 quid was worth entry to a bar where I'm going to spend money, and also 90 minutes of swimming.

The carvan was really nice and there was a lot to do

On Saturday night the security blokes would not let use in to the pub because we did not have a pass I told them I did it throw booking.com

the van was spotlessly clean, the beds were all comfortable. perfect location on the site. Having games xbox tea coffee toilet roll and general bits and bobs were really useful. would stay again. highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to and everything that you could think of was provided for in the caravan, the double bed was extremely comfortable, great selection of games and DVDs, excellent value for money and great location from the centre of Skegness and the shower was excellent as well!

Only minor quibble which couldn't be helped was there were a few ants in the property, not a huge amount but enough to notice other than that a truly excellent stay!

Clean and comfortable, plenty of games and DVDs for the kids, nice and warm.

A couple of tea towels would have been useful and the WiFi was a bit weak.

Fabulous, would stay again!

Very nicely kept caravan, clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Excellent heating system. BBQ and garden furniture. Two bedrooms. The holiday park is well maintained and has lots of activities, swimming pool, tennis courts, climbing wall, archery. Wifi and good sized television with freeview, netflix and prime apps. Games console, sadly I did not have time to use it! Best touch of all was the Lord of the Rings trilogy blue rays in the cupboard - very good taste! PET friendly! the main reason we booked!

Towel sizes need to be bigger - there were flannels (normally for the face) for handtowels and a handtowels for drying off after showering. If this detail were fixed it would be a 10/10 static caravan stay

The situation of the site, the caravan had everything we needed and was very clean. The owners allowed us to check in an hour earlier.

The single beds were only really suitable for very small children as they were extremely narrow.
