the location of the caravan was great ,nice pond area outside ,my children enjoyed feeding the ducks ,watching the fish swimming around and as an added bonus where rabbits running around 😀. The van its self was very comfortable, and had a good level of cleanliness .Park itself was also very nice with good facilities

some general maintenance would be useful in a few areas inside/ outside but this didn't effect our enjoyment

Inside was pretty clean looked nice was it was bigger inside than we thought

The outside furniture was a little well worn a couple of the plastic benches were cracked so u couldn’t really sit on them

Trying to find my way around the park on the dark was a mission, kids went on a little adventure.

The beds were very comfy, and the caravan had a good layout. The owner was easy to contact and also provided great instructions to get there. Location is perfect.

We really liked the caravan itself and could see it being a lovely place to stay, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness on arrival, particularly considering the price we paid. There was dog hair covering the carpets, and the floors and surfaces clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I used cleaning wipes on the worktops and floors, they came away black. We ended up spending a considerable amount of time cleaning before we could properly settle in, which isn’t really what you want when you’re going away on holiday. I can understand how the reviews may not necessarily reflect the condition on arrival, as it’s possible that guests, like ourselves, clean the caravan before settling in and then leave it in a much better condition. We certainly left it cleaner than we found it, so the next occupants may understandably have a much more positive first impression. Because the caravan had been closed up in the heat, there was also a very strong smell of dog when we first opened the door. Thankfully, with some Dettol spray and Febreze, the smell soon disappeared. On a positive note, the owner was very easy to contact and was helpful when we raised our concerns. She brought us a hoover so that I could properly clean the caravan, and she was a lovely lady to deal with. I understand that she uses an external cleaner, so hopefully the cleaning issues can be addressed with them. It would also be helpful to have a mop and bucket, along with a working brush, available in the caravan so that guests can keep the floors clean during their stay. I had to buy floor wipes myself, and cleaning the floors that way was quite hard work. Unfortunately, we also found the decking to be unsafe, with a nail protruding and the decking tilting noticeably on the left-hand side. This definitely needs attention. Overall, I liked the caravan and think it could be a lovely place to stay.
