We still enjoyed it and to say I haven’t been to a holiday home before I’d recommend this one

Inside was pretty clean looked nice was it was bigger inside than we thought

The outside furniture was a little well worn a couple of the plastic benches were cracked so u couldn’t really sit on them

Liked the site and location

Didn't like how far away we were from shop, restaurant pool etc. The fact that the accommodation was falling apart. It has not been clean in months. It smelt damp and mouldy. Cups glasses etc were dirty and dusty. We only had one tea towel and one hand towel. Half a toilet roll in each bathroom. With no spare, we had no dish cloth. There was no Internet we had to pay but it was awful. We could not use the cooker because It was full of grease and very dirty. Chairs and blinds were broken and full of cobwebs. As was the rest of the place. The main door handle was loose, as was kitchen one. Outside the balcony, was dangerous and dirty, and the lights were broken and stuck up with tape. Light switches were loose. Not well maintained at all. Have photo evidence if needed

Nice location Caravan just needs a bit of TLC

This is my mums review who is 82 Location was nice and quiet Lovely location overlooking pond Mobile home could have been lovely with some TLC It was a nice caravan - Shame needs a bit of attention in places Toilet and sink clean Bedrooms clean and bedding clean Bed comfortable Excellent communication from owner

The property was surface clean but needs a bit of a good clean mirrors and kitchen floor dirty when wiping Couldn’t use the hoover strong dog smell Furniture had stains on just needs a deep clean Outside Had to clean on arrival decking and furniture Decking felt a little unsafe Lamps outside taped with brown tape Bathroom had a very strong smell of drains - not sure the owners could do anything about this though

Booked for 3 nights glad to be home on the 2nd night

Having booked 3 nights the best thing was the second night when we were back home in our clean house

The smell as you entered the property was fusty my husband suggested it maybe the cleaning fluids they had used so we went to the local shop to buy air fresheners but to no avail the smell was not rectified. But we decided we were only there for 3 nights so would make do after all I had just lost my mum and we so needed this break. On further inspection the settee looked filthy there were cob webs every where and when we looked outside could not believe the outdoor furniture not only dirty but rusty as well no way fit for use. But we took a deep breathe and got on with trying to enjoy our well deserved break which had cost us £440. However come the second evening my husband and i decided we could no longer do a second night our money is hard earnt so to chuck away that and come home says something. Just before leaving i phoned the owner she said she had other caravans but if this is the standard in one you cant tell me the other 3 would rate any better. I have subsequently asked for a refund and told by the owner to get in touch with booking.com who have rewarded me i say rewarded lightly with £34. I rest my case.

The caravan was clean with every essential you need the site is beautiful with loads of attractions for kids the only downside was a weird smell in both bedrooms.

Overall great stay, just a little tlc needed.

Good Location. Enough facilities to cover everything you needed, lovely living room/kitchen area and spacious. Amazing shower and space! Nearly perfect for what we needed it for.

Our bedroom main lights only one bulb worked. Tv was very temperamental constantly freezing etc. Small milk cartons that was left alongside the teabags etc were well out of date. Didn't notice till pouring in a cuppa and it going funny. Very small ensuite.
