The caravan smelt fresh and clean, and the beds was ready upon arrival. There was some treats for us at check in, which the kids loved and the van was well equipped with everything you needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
We had access to use the pool and bar and that kept the kids entertained while we was waiting to go see family. TV had disney,Netflix and prime which was great, and the van had WiFi. WiFi was alittle slow at times, but we was able to stream tv most of the time :)
The owner was great at communicating and keeping in contact to make sure we settled in ok. Would defo come back in future

This is our second year at the Park Dean, South View caravan site! The site itself is great for kids, we’ve travelled with 2, 2 year old toddlers. The girls love the parks and the duck pond. The entertainment isn’t great but it’s bare-able. Definitely aimed for older kids.
The caravan was lovely. We got to feed the ducklings at the caravan in the morning as they waddled past, a definite tick for our toddlers. The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The heat is a bit unbearable, however, I am 8 months pregnant so there’s not a lot I can bare at the moment. Saying that, as an 8 months pregnant woman, the shower had a lot of space! Madalin is a great host, sends lots of messages. Communication is good. Treats when we arrived was a lovely added extra. The caravan had other extras including spare blankets, shower wash and hair wash, soaps and towels. The caravan itself is very clean. Close to both the boathouse and the showroom with arcades. 10 minutes to Ingoldmells. 10 minutes to Skegness centre. We tried the pool which was fab for the toddlers! They loved it and even gave the slide a go. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thank you for having us!
