Such an easy check in and out. Lovely homely touches in the caravan. Lovely seeing the ducks each morning. Close to beach and not far from fantasy land. Would just book a little bigger caravan off sandy next time but overall very happy.

Entertainment passes charge are ridiculous price but that’s not down to sandy.

Amazing stay.

Very clean and very comfortable. Slept amazingly well on/in the beds. Sandy is an amazing host who is quick to respond and answer any questions you have as well as sort out any issues you might have. There was an issue due to no fault of Sandy (a previous occupant had taken something that we needed) and Sandy sorted it out immediately for me and my mum. Had an amazing holiday, loved the view and watching the ducks with their ducklings... the Moor Hens were particularly amusing to watch. I enjoyed the stay that much that I've taken one of Sandy's business cards so that I can book again in the future.

No negatives really. Everything was spot on.

Seat broke curtain rail broke kid room no bedding in double room clothes FM last person. Was clean n fresh microwave had rice in didn't even use. Only air fryer n a pan.

Everything! Clean, comfortable had everything needed for a lovely stay. Very quiet, relaxing part of park. Loved watching ducks and ducklings morning and evenings. Excellent bus service right into holiday park with easy connections to other areas.

Comfortable and relaxing

Was a great stay... host was great, and displayed a lot of patience with us. To which we are extremely grateful. The also left us a bottle of wine for my birthday. Would recommend this stay to everyone

Great stay, we would book again

Lovely caravan on the south view park in Skegness. The caravan is slightly older but modernised very well and kitted out well for a weekend or week stay. The position of the caravan overlooks the pond which gets ducks in the morning and evening which is entertaining for all, especially kids.

The caravan was a bit colder at night as the panel heaters aren’t the best but it wasn’t too bad with the covers and blankets. The heater in the lounge is great though

Location wonderful, caravan pitch fantastic, price superb, lovely furnishings and nice personal touches throughout the caravan, extremely peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, fantastic and easy private check-in and check-out, Sandy the host was EXTREMELY quick to respond/reply to any questions/quires via the booking.com email/message system, the onsite boathouse bar/restaurant was only a couple of minutes walk away from the caravan.

A definite smell of smoke upon first entry to the caravan, an even stronger smell of smoke in the two twin bedrooms. The shower head needs attention/looking at, as it’s all “loose” and keeps “falling off/down”. The cleaner/cleaners had missed quite afew bits in the caravan, nothing major though.

I love the aesthetics of the place it makes it feel more like home. It’s located right next to a pond which was lovely to watch the ducks every morning! Plus the owner is amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Thank you

Great caravan and lovely stay

Lovely caravan, very clean and the host gifted Easter bags for my children which was lovely. Overall it was a lovely stay for Easter weekend

The on site swimming wasn’t included which was fine but the entertainment prices provided by Park Dean were too expensive for just the wekeenr. This isn’t down to the host however for anyone who has children who like to swim it was very easy to catch the number 2 bus on the site and go swimming in Skegness. It was a lot cheaper £11 for 2 children

Property had everything you could possibly need, before arrival got a message with key code. On arrival property was clean. It’s not a standard caravan, we found what Sandy has done with it is given it more of a home/relaxed feel. Close to Swimming Pool on Site and Pond view outside of front room window. Will definitely be going back
