The caravan itself has everything you need and location was great, only a few minutes drive to the beach front and across the road for a nice pub/restaurant and Aldi/m&s/B&M. Communication from the owner was also great.
The van itself was in a good part due to the open space Infront which gave room for the kids playing without risk of any traffic.
Couch was comfy, good decking area on a quiet site.
Bond was returned promptly upon leaving.
Being 6ft 3 the entrances were a bit low and spent most time ducking through doors but, that is more of a me issue! Only very minor issues such as no WiF but this is clearly listed by the owner so it wasn't a shock.

Nice quiet site
Cleaners need to clean! It’s a very dated caravan which has tried to be done up and it wasn’t great! Floor was filthy and the sweeping brush which was left was useless
