The Annex

We loved everything about The Annex. Private. Spacious - pictures do not do it justice. Clean. Short walk to sea front. Lovely host. We Stayed for 2 nights but could of easily stayed for a week! We would definitely come again!

Everything was perfect lovely place to stay I recommend staying there

Ideal location, not far from the beach and entertainment, but still also quiet. Could bring our dog with us. And leaving was no later then 11am which ment we didn't have to rush. Parking space provided

I wasn't aware that the chalet is on someone's back garden. But everything was secure and private. And hosts lovely

Clean and well equipped

Skegness in February is a depressing experience. It was difficult to tell whether various attractions were closed or derelict. Significant numbers of homeless people living in makeshift accommodation (the bowling green) quite ironic given the number of empty properties. While I accept that the town (the seafront) is awaiting significant investment in the meantime it really isn’t worth visiting and as such the accommodation we stayed in (despite the relatively high standard) was quite over priced. This is unfortunate as the owners clearly pay a great deal of attention to the property which in many respects was faultless . However until the town itself receives a major uplift sad to say that it really is better to avoid.
