Beautiful duplex 2-bedroom apartment at the 3rd Floor without the lift.
1 big room upstairs has 1 queen size mattrass and 2 single mattrass with an open view and the terrace. 2 Room has a queen size double bed and the work desk.
The second terrace has an outdoor table and chairs for your relaxation.
There is a sofa bed. We offer bed linens and towels.
One separate WC, one bathroom and full equipped kitchen.
House Rule
• No Parties or Events
• Only registered guests can enter the building, Age over 25 years old.
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (It may cause stains and damages).
• Please do the dishes and clean the mess.
• No smoking anywhere in the building include the balcony and the terrace.
• Turn of lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
• No Pets.
• Check-in time: After 4pm. Check-out time: Before 10am.
• Noise curfew (Pease be QUIET after 10pm).
• Lost Key fee
We have the right to evict guests immediately when the rules are broken and no payment refundable.
You should know that we have surveillance cameras in the stairwell.
