The unit is very clean, and modern. The queen bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very compact although it has everything you need.
The bunk beds were probably a little too tight for my teenagers. The sofa bed was very firm. Perhaps in the future a covered space on the front deck to have your dining table and chairs - just to allow a little more room and space.

Nice little tiny house with a good view
Missed a little privacy fence on the porch and there is no big rubbish bin outside so you have to take your rubbish to the rubbish station near by

Location was great, not too far from the shops and beach within walking distance. Place is small but offers a massive outdoor area to utilize when the weather is good.
If you're staying for extended periods then there is a lack of fridge / freezer space so a chillybin and daily ice purchases a must :-)
