Great location , about 10 min walk to the beach and eating places and not far from Cromer Paul and Debs had thoughtfully left a lovely selection of breakfast items for us too .

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und waren von der Wohnung angenehm überrascht. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.Kaffee und Snacks waren gratis vorhanden. Wir wurden wirklich sehr verwöhnt, auch eine Buchung für das Restaurant und die Bestellung für einen Blumenstrauß, alles kein Problem. Fussläufig ist alles von der Wohnung aus erreichbar und vor dem Haus fährt ein Bus. Unseren Wagen konnten wir auf dem Grundstück parken. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Overstrand. We received a very warm welcome and were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished. Coffee and snacks were provided free of charge. We were truly pampered; even booking a meal at the restaurant and ordering a bouquet of flowers was no problem at all. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment, and a bus stops right in front of the building. We were able to park our car on the property. A definite recommendation for a stay in Overstrand.
