Great cottage for a short break
Really lovely little cottage in a great location
While small, the cottage was well laid out and had great facilities. Really enjoyed our stay. the art work and selection of games were great too

Owner quickly responded when needed to deal with a problem. The property is in a quiet residential area on a good bus route to the coast and Norwich. Local ‘corner shop’ nearby . Lovely warm house. Hot shower
A few extras in the kitchen would be useful - ie extra crockery, washing up cloths, tea towel.

No breakfast. Location was good for holidays . We were birders and the property was quite far from some of the birding spots.
Small bed was a bit uncomfortable. The double bed was. Very good.

Good location within easy walking distance of Cromer, on street parking close by , cottage was comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay, good value for money , would recommend
The shower room could have benefited from a deeper clean but it was ok
