Really lovely little cottage in a great location
While small, the cottage was well laid out and had great facilities. Really enjoyed our stay. the art work and selection of games were great too

Owner quickly responded when needed to deal with a problem. The property is in a quiet residential area on a good bus route to the coast and Norwich. Local ‘corner shop’ nearby . Lovely warm house. Hot shower
A few extras in the kitchen would be useful - ie extra crockery, washing up cloths, tea towel.

No breakfast.
Location was good for holidays . We were birders and the property was quite far from some of the birding spots.
Small bed was a bit uncomfortable. The double bed was. Very good.

Good location within easy walking distance of Cromer, on street parking close by , cottage was comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay, good value for money , would recommend
The shower room could have benefited from a deeper clean but it was ok

The property is comfortable and well kept
The access and courtyard could be smartened up

Great cottage for a short stay. Cosy feel and 20 min walk from town centre. No noise from neighbour’s however we may have been lucky with this due to the time of year we visited as have seen other reviews stating noise complaints.
Could be cleaner in some areas. Clearer instructions for the heating and oven controls. A wardrobe and full length mirror would also be a nice touch.

Clean, quiet all ammenties provided
Single bed was not comfortable a double bed would be better in that room
8.0 / 10.0
Loved the lay out of the kitchen living room garden has all you need for your stay
Slightly run down no storage for clothes in the double bedroom just a double bed two bedside tables and a small stall was a few crumbs in the cupboard and draws had to wash plates before I used as they were dirty and mould under the sink that smelt. Was just out side Cromer so a little further away than I would of liked

Bin half full on arrival, bathroom cleaning could do with having more attention to detail
Parking a bit of a bun right to find a space as in a cul de sac photo of property outside misleading re parking

Cute property. Clean when we arrived.
Comfy sofas.
Clear communication and easy to get into.
Mattress in the single room was very uncomfortable - you can feel the springs poking through.
Noisy neighbours but can’t be helped!
8.0 / 10.0
Great host and good communication - the inside is much better than the outside - quirky and nicely furnished and layed out, outside space is a plus and the bedding was lovely and clean as was the bathroom.
This is not a criticism but there are issues to address which would make this lovely place much better - the damp wall damage behind the curtains is unpleasant, the freezer on the counter really needs to be below the counter, a dishwasher would help because the utensils, cutlery and pots and pans were filthy, the wifi cables and TV cables could be installed better to make it more cosy. Single bed was uncomfortable where more pillows would have helped. Its a lovely special place that need just a little more love.

Close walk to cromer. Very clean with good clear instructions of how to use wifi etc and places to visit/ eat
Noise from neighbouring properties in coutyard we could hear them even with windows closed also not sure if they could hear us as well !

Comfy beds, great living space and outdoor area. Well stocked kitchen area. Some games and books which were a nice feature.
Would be useful to have a mirror in one of the bedrooms for getting ready - we had to take one from the bathroom and then hang it back up on departure.

It's a quaint lovely little cottage with charm and seaside characteristics. You are provided with all the essentials and it has comfy beds and sofas. It is ideally located for town and the beach isn't too far away. We had no trouble parking and the cottage was well equipped.

Nice size house for a couple, comfortable sofas and beds. Small garden patio area handy if you wanted to sit outside. All kitchen facilities you would need, tea and coffee provided in cupboards. Effective hive heating system. Short drive to the town centre/coast and good base to start from to explore surrounding areas.
Very thin walls so could hear constant loud noise from next door neighbours (not a holiday property) very late at night/ early hours of the morning so we didn’t sleep particularly well. There was no TV reception which was irritating and fiddly but we got around it. Some areas were not particularly clean.

Really lovely location - if we hadn’t have stayed here we wouldn’t have discovered the beautiful costal walk! Super clean, and comfy sofas and double bed. Lots of games, well equipped kitchen. Extremely good value for money.
Providing tea/coffee would have been the cherry on top, but no biggie at all. Loved the stay.

Good downstairs layout
Lovely and clean
Main double had a slant at the foot end. Both mattresses were unfit for purpose. All pillows were cheap and had no support (I had to buy my own pillows on the second day)
6.0 / 10.0
The cottage is very cute inside. Everything was very clean including the pale carpets. The two sofas were very comfortable and appeared new. The facilities were great including a selection of reading books and games. The TV worked well and had a selection of channels. Bathroom was clean and the pressure in the shower was good. It was a short drive into Cromer. There is a shop, post office and two take aways within walking distance. It was also a short drive to a fabulous restaurant called the Gunton Arms which I can highly recommend.
The bed. And it was this that ruined the whole stay for us. Both beds were metal bedsteads and so there was very little support. This was made worse by the mattress on the double bed. This appeared new but the quality was so poor that when you sat on it, the top of the thin mattress almost met the bottom. The lack of comfort was compounded by the metal springs underneath. It was the only thing wrong with the cottage, but it was a major drawback. If you don't sleep well on your holiday, what is the point of it?? What a shame when such great efforts had been made to make the rest of the stay so comfortable.

You get the whole cottage with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and sitting room/kitchen downstairs with a nice homely feel. A 15 minute walk into town or a five minute drive.

Cleaning products left by host. The lounge area was good. Outside space was good.
The beds are too small. Low bathroom ceiling (we're both 6ft +). Algae in shower door. The shower switchover didn't work correctly. Oven dirty with grease. Lack of space for clothes. No bedroom mirrors. Curtains are too thin (bedrooms). Plug sockets in bedrooms are not user-friendly.

It was very clean.Location
Location, the scruffy courtyard doesn’t do it any favours. Lack of storage for any clothes in the double room. The ability to move round in the double bedroom. TV. is not easy.

Really cute cosy cottage well laid out and clean. Fridge freezer microwave etc some lovely touches such as board games Netflix's and books and patio area with table and chairs. Recycling bags available. Thank you definitely reccomend.
Awoken couple times by a crying baby in adjoining property over night.

the only thing I can say was the mattress was uncomfortable.

We fell in love with Cromer and this beautiful cottage amazing
I couldn't fault the place loved everything about it
8.0 / 10.0
Good location. A 15-20 min walk to Cromer centre but small convenience shop 5-10 min walk.
Really good value for money and great facilities for a small place. Extremely cold weather spell but cottage was warm and inviting.
Little tight getting out of bed on window side as sloping roof and high foot board on bed
Cottage tucked away in a courtyard which was tricky to find. Maybe include a small drawing or instructions on email.
