Grocery store just a couple of meters away. Beds were comfortable. Overall great stay. Best wishes to the daughters :)

A good, quiet stay on the outskirts of Paris.
Plenty of space, large bedroom and comfortable pull-out bed in living room. Kitchen adequate. Bathroom and shower fine.
Wifi could be a bit fugitive at times but not too bad. Pleasant garden area. Hosts were very welcoming & helpful.
Not very good answering emails. It's a 20 minute walk to Las Dhuys Metro but that was to be expected. Perhaps it would be easier if you had a car.

Basic but had what we needed, roof over our heads, private parking and good nights sleep.
Loved the design of the place, it is spacious and has secure private parking which what we needed for our trip.
Although the owner just came out with a mop before we arrived, at the end of the day, we had to throw away our socks as they turned black from dirt. My child went under the bed and was covered in dust, place smelled of a dog and mould. Bedsheets even had signs of mould. Very basic, but had what it needed.

Franchement c’est rare de tomber sur des bon truc mais là sincèrement j’ai passé un agréable séjour avec ma fille de 9 mois

Logement inadapté à des températures hivernale et en mauvais état
Un logement de bonne taille pour le prix.
Il serait nécessaire de faire quelques petits travaux pour louer ce bien dans de bonne condition. Étant moi même propriétaire et louant des logements il me semble plus qu'important d'avoir des fenêtres et des portes adaptés à des tempéra hivernale. Le logement était froid apôtre arrivé et même après avoir essayé de chauffer toute la nuit le matin il faisait froid. Mais rien d'étonnant vue que la porte de derrière c'est ouverte durant la nuit (elle ne se ferme pas et le fenêtres sont en simple vitrage ).
Pour ce qui est de la propreté je sais que le ménage a été fait car votre sœur le faisait en arrivant mais ça n'est pas quand surface qu'il faut le faire. Les draps plein de cheveux et de taches c'est vraiment trop pour moi. Si j'avais été seul je serait sûrement partis mais avec ma fille de 5 mois et ma femme c'était plus que compliqué.

Maison charmante pour une courte étape
Charmante maison, très bien décorée, avec petit jardin sans vis-à-vis. Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit, mais les équipements ont l’air correct.
La douche mériterait un coup de neuf. Au moins changer le flexible et le pommeau HS.

Es una pena la gestión!
El jardín que tenía la casa, que no usamos
El conectar con el anfitrión:
Llegamos a las 16:00 y vino su hermana (que vivía en la de al lado) a darnos las llaves. Ella, muy maja, me dio su número de teléfono por si pasaba algo.
Tuvimos que esperar un rato ya que aún no lo había terminado de limpiar.
A la mañana siguiente, el usar la ducha, IMPOSIBLE! Salía un hilo de gotas de la manguera. Escribí tanto al anfitrión como a ella y no obtuve respuesta. Nos tuvimos que "duchar" 4 personas en el lavabo (es muy incómodo lavarse la cabeza en un lavabo). La toallas eran "papel de fumar", viejas, desgastadas, dos tamaño ducha y dos de mano (para 4 personas). Lo reparó a la tarde (creo, ya que nosotros no estábamos en la casa).
El microondas:
Estaba sucio. Le pedí al anfitrión que si lo podía limpiar (el día 7) y me contestó (el día 8) que lo limpiaría...al día siguiente. Le dije que muy bien, pero que nosotros ya no estaríamos. El calentador de agua tampoco funcionaba (ya me lo advirtió la hermana cuando llegamos, que estaba roto). Así, que preparar una infusión, fue tarea imposible.
Cuando la hermana nos enseñó la casa le comenté que la puesta del congelador, que estaba incluido en la nevera no cerraba bien, que si era normal, y ella me dijo que cerraba cuando cerrase la puerta de la nevera. A la mañana siguiente, parte del hielo que había en el congelador (había muchísimo) se había descongelado y entrado en el fiambre y en los paquetes de comida que teníamos preparados para llevarnos a Disney. Esa comida fue a la basura.
Por culpa de la ducha y de la comida que se estropeó, llegamos mucho más tarde al parque (más gasto).
Las luces de la casa:
en la habitación principal nos quedamos sin luz al día siguiente (menos mal que había lámparas en las mesillas). En la cocina, parecía una discoteca (la luz iba y volvía). En la sala que daba a los baños, la luz iba y volvía cuando le apetecía.
El sofá cama:
Terminas con un dolor de espalda tremendo al dormir él y cada vez que te mueves, suena muchísimo
