Host provided door codes and a portal prior to arrival. Apartment spacious, close to city. Three decent sized double bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining area good sized kitchen.
It was not clear on what floor the apartment was. Each apartment had a letter on the door. Luckily, the caretaker was there and provided the info. The Wi-Fi network/password did not work, I contacted the host who provided me with the exact same information. Luckily we had the sense to check the router, it was completely different to that provided. Limited towels provided, four between the three of us, no hand towels, or kitchen towels provided. The toiletries provided were a bottle of I assume body and hair wash in the shower. A bottle of hand wash by the sink. These were not full nor did the pumps work sufficiently. More toilet paper could’ve been provided we had two rolls between three of us for three nights. We didn’t use the kitchen to make food although the general facilities for cooking were great. The actual cookware could’ve improved. I think there were around three utensils to use. Crockery was well supplied and the fridge large enough to store items in.
Overall, the flat was clean on the surface, it could benefit from a deep clean as skirting boards looked shabby, one duvet cover had a hole in but displayed on the top of the bed. The sofa needed steam cleaning as there were several stains and marks on there.

Muy buena ubicación y respuesta rápida de los hosts. Tenía secador de pelo.
La llave electrónica un día no funcionó y tuvimos que esperar que alguien entrara al edificio para poder acceder. Es un edificio muy grande y MUY ruidoso. Los vecinos de arriba a cualquier hora de la madrugada con música y hablando fuerte y moviendo cosas. Era difícil descansar. La tapa del inodoro estaba rota y salida por completo. Los colchones son muy finos, igual que las almohadas. El último día después de ducharse una persona se terminó el agua caliente y ya nadie más pudo bañarse. Sofá manchado, marcas de hongos y humedad en las ventanas.
