Very clean and very quiet. Loved the blackout shades. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay
No counter space in bathroom, water got shut off mid shower while I was rinsing the shampoo out of my hair and didn’t get turned back on until late the next morning. Check in is not super smooth. Difficulty getting call through to agent when we needed them for check in and when water got turned off and no address on listing (just the street name but no number) so cab driver didn’t know where to take us until I finally got through to someone to give me the address. This should be on the listing to reduce chaos.

L'emplacement en plein centre de Madrid est vraiment appréciable. L'appartement est nickel, comme s'il n'avait jamais servi. C'est décoré avec goût et le matériel est de qualité. Vraiment une belle expérience !
A la base je trouvais le prix un peu cher, mais comme Madrid est devenu hors de prix depuis 3 ans, ça correspond aux tarifs...et la prestation est vraiment au niveau donc ça compense un peu.

Am Wochenende sehr ruhig, da in den Innenhof (Achtung wochentags wird angrenzend sehr laut gestemmt). U Bahn nebenan. Konnten das Gepäck zur Abreise bis Nachmittags in der Wohnung lassen. Neu renovierte Wohnung. Gastgeber reagiert sehr rasch auf Anfragen.
Bäder sehr eng und klein. Das Einbettzimmer ist sehr eng (ca 6 m2) und wenig Schrankmöglichkeit - darin befinden sich Bügelbrett etc. Bei Ankunft sehr kalt in der Wohnung (16 Grad) - Heizung benötigt eine Stunde.
