Eh, definitely was not a great stay. Wouldn’t stay again.

Had a washer and dryer

It was very dirty. Dishes were not cleaned (had food in many plate and cups). Floors were dirty. Shower was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Mattress had stains that were not cleaned. Vents and radiators were dirty. We didn’t say anything while we stayed because we just cleaned the stuff we used ourselves, there would have been no point to inform them just for them to come clean while we were already in the apartment, felt uncomfortable to let them know. We ended up buying our own sheets to use on the mattress while there. Mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a broken handle on the bottom drawer of the dresses. Only one elevator worked. Our passcode to get into the building, didn’t always work. There was definitely our fault but we did not know this until the day before there is no parking. We had to drive around to find a parking spot and once we did, it was a 15 min walk back. Every time we needed to use the car we had to walk 15 mins there and back.

Good location and nice views from the flat. It had all the appliances we needed for a two week stay.

The floors were very dirty and one of the pillows had a really strong body odour smell. Had to put the bed sheets on the washer to properly clean them. The shower drain was clogged from day one. We had to buy extra toilet paper, bin bags, dish soap and sponges, because they either didn’t have those in the apartment or they were almost running out when we arrived.

Great Apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

We travelled to Manchester from Wales for a football match. Old trafford was a few minutes walk away, so perfect location for us. The city centre was a short taxi ride away for drinks and food and supermarkets very close for amenities. The host messaged regularly to make sure everything was OK. We had no issues but felt that if we did, the host would have been easy to get hold of. The apartment was very modern, clean, and warm. Great views, excellent location, we will definitely look to book here again for future trips.

When we arrived, we noticed the bedding was very damp. It wasn't a major problem as the heating was on, and we were able to dry it out properly before we went to bed. You could see the bedding was freshly washed and smelt lovely. We would have definitely preferred this scenario rather than arriving to dirty bedding from previous guests.
