Good location, clean, had everything we needed for a short stay

The apartment was very clean with good amenities. Also a good location with links to city centre nearby.

The shower pressure was very poor.

OK but could improve on the basics to make it a fantastic stay.

Location of prorerty and ease of access. Studio was well laid out. Security of building and apartment was good.

The studio could use a lick of paint. There wers large stains on cusions and sofa. Kitchen was very basically equipped. No Oven gloves ! The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable and the bed sheet did not fit properly and did not stay in bed. There were no wine glasses and only 1 tumbler.

This is the worst stay ever due to how unclean and dirty it was.

Didn’t like anything.

The hotel room was dirty and it wasn’t clean. We couldn’t stay the night due to how bad of a condition it was from stains on the sofa, hairs all over the property including the bed, stains on pillows and scratches all over the walls.

Place is going into decline. It was cleaner during my last stay though the floorboards oozed water.

No response to queries, including request for late check out and information sent to host regarding broken ironing board. Crockery were sticky, indicating not properly washed. The cleaning was poor. Dusty surfaces and bathroom not well cleaned.

The property was well located, parking was convenient and easy. The apartment was easy to access and check in was straightforward. The apartment was well equipped. The building was peaceful and quiet. Fridge was clean and the shower/bathroom facilities were good.

The property felt unclean, sofa and bed were not comfortable, and building lifts were out of order.

Very misleading apartment

Went to watch the Man United game at old Trafford, perfect location within walking distance to the grounds. Nice shower.

On arrival to the apartment there was no toilet rolls, or handwash in the bathroom The white bed linen had dark black hairs on it. The fridge was dirty with crumbs, and microwave dusty. Very limited on utensils in the kitchen to cook with. The floors were very dirty and had not been mopped, my white socks were dirty within the hour. The bed was very very low, and uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy. The photos are very misleading, and I would not recommend this apartment, especially for the price we paid.

Great place to stay clean and well priced

Property was very well priced for the Oasis weekend easy to get into and clean has all we needed to make breakfast with a shop close by. Pub and train station down the road

Nice Location and good value

How quiet the property was and its location. It was easy to get to lots of shops and only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop.

The tv only worked on screen mirroring. It would have been nice to have toilet roll and a bin in the toilet.

Location, super close to Metrolink and supermarkets/food.

Bad mattress very used. Not so important: The dishes/kitchen were not super clean. Missing some utensils for 2 persons.

Great Location

The location is excellent. Close to metro and shops. Easy no-contact check-in, clean and staff are very responsive to messages.

The flat was just what we needed and had everything there to make our stay enjoyable.

The flat was clean and well equipped. There were lots of towels available and basics such as shower gel and washing up liquid. It was very cosy and the bed was comfortable.

The tap water was scalding hot and I burnt my hand. The hot water temperature needs to be reduced or warning signs put up. Once I was aware of this, I was able to adjust it appropriately but a warning would have allowed me to be wary from the start.

Comfortable, bad bathroom door.

Provided just the room we needed for the short time we were in it

Bathroom door didn’t make any sense, it didn’t close fully leaving view of the toilet and couldn’t lock either removing assured privacy if you are not with people you trust. Suggest either installing a door with a lock or at least having the door slide the entire way leaving no room to look through.

the place is recomendable however, need some small enhancements on front of the building for smokers

the place was exactly as it was described

they say they are there for you however, when you call they don't pick the call. sending a message, you get an answer with a question. irritating! none-smoking apartments, when you step out (at the yard) for smoke, no place is designated for smokers, no bench to sit on and no rubish/litter baskets or boxes. also they do not maintain a bar or any shop at the wiating area inside the building. some cleaning at the yard is necessary

The property was advertised as being for 3 people, but it is not prepared for it. The toilets have no privacy, as the sliding doors leave a gap between the door and the wall. Also there were no curtains and no linens for the sofa bed ( which was really uncomfortable). Also the linens that were provided write from the worst quality there is. The manager was rude, hanging up the phone on one occasion, and no viable solutions to our problems were provided during our stay, we had to leave after one day, forfeiting the second day of our stay

No curtains/blinds, unclean, out of date food left in property, bathroom door did not close fully, food on floor, room not cleaned for check in meaning could not check in until 5pm, left the property after 1 hour and booked elsewhere, host/reception completely unhelpful

The management staff were the highlight of the stay, cannot thank them enough.

Location was great, 1 min walk from Trafford bar tram station. Opposite to a green park, right next to supermarkets and pharmacy. The management staff were amazing, nothing was so difficult for them to do,very kind and responsive. Internet and tv were good, they installed a washing machine in the last few days of our stay.

The cleanliness was below standards, however they offered to send the cleaners next day, which I declined as had to clean the whole place well before we get to sleep. Not convenient when you have just landed from an overseas trip. Bed was not comfy and i had to fix the wooden bars that fell out of space and were no longer supporting the mattress.

Good studios for an affordable stay in Manchester.

Location very close to Manchester United stadium [10mins walk], Media City UK [20mins walk] and Chorlton [20mins walk] where you should have a host of food options. Flat was clean on arrival. Very clear and precise instructions for checking in. Host very responsive and helpful, checking in and asking if everything is as expected on first night without prompting from us. Kitchen well furnished with working oven, microwave and kettle. No washing machine for clothes however. TV provided, good wifi, toilet and bathroom clean. Always has someone at reception during the day, so felt it was safe to leave some valuables at the flat. If travelling in groups you can grab Ubers/Bolts to town for cheaper than the bus so that was great.

Building on the outside can be a bit dirty and look a bit abandoned. Fob access only at main entrance but past that anyone can get to the flat door as no fob access on lift or at entrance to corridor before the flats. Another fob access-point there would have helped especially given there is no one at reception at night that I saw (always present during the day, which was good).

Maybe a little explanation on how to open the lockbox it was quite difficult even after inserting the code. Had to call the receptionist to help out. What if no receptionist at the time i checked in, would be stocked outside.
