Straight-forward and comfortable stay.

Located 30 minutes by tram from Manchester Piccadilly. Bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Amazing hot shower. Nice view of MediaCity from the window.

Quiet convenient stay

Very quiet and private. Great view. Convenient, easy location with tram steps away. Responsive, unobtrusive host. It felt like a private apartment. Little touches such as welcome chocolates, milk sachets and bottled water greatly appreciated. Thanks for having me!

Great location and host, lovely stay!

Had a lovely stay. After a mishap on my behalf the host was so accommodating and understanding and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect with the tram stop just outside. The facilities were great, a variety of toiletries in the private bathroom which had lovely fluffy towels was welcomed. The tea and coffee were a nice bonus especially the chocolates! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again :)

Lovely private room and bathroom. Great location and amazing value for money!

Very welcoming hosts! Amazing value for money (especially for the Media City area) and a fantastic location overall; close to the Lowry theatre and Salford Quays etc. Private bathroom was lovely and clean, toiletries being included was great and the towels were very soft and decently sized too. Free chocolates in the room were a welcome little touch :)

Had a bit of trouble finding the place but that's through no fault of the hosts. Google Maps just lead us round the back which was a bit confusing. Heater in the room didn't work (and it was cold and rainy when we stayed so could have done with it) - I did mention this and was told it can take a little while to heat up and that they'd be happy to help if it didn't. Unfortunately, it never did but I was unable to request extra help as my other guest had gone to bed by that point so didn't want to disturb them. The temperature of the room was fine overall though so not a big complaint, just the extra warmth would have been nice of course.

Value homestay in Manchester & Salford

Homestay in new build high rise next to tram stop and within a short walk to BBC Salford & the Lowry. Short commute by tram to Football and Cricket Stadium. Small double room. Wardrobe, side table, lamp, fan, drawers, full length mirror. Nice view, tea, coffee, chocolate mini bars, wifi provided. Private bathroom and toiletries and towels (only it's outside the room). Key entry to the building - after check-in a card was given so I could enter and leave when I pleased during the stay. Welcoming host.

No milk for tea coffee and no breakfast (not even cereal). The projection TV was fiddly and a bit damaged and not so easy to use (had to download an app , grant access, projection not visible in day time only sheet dark, volume adjustment etc ) so I watched my Netflix etc on my own phone instead

The best place we’ve stayed at.

Amazing place to stay, the host was so so lovely and accommodating. Great facilities, projector, comfy bed, amenities, shower, toilet, everything was perfect and very clean. On top of that a gorgeous view and in a great area. Right next to the tram. Would definitely stay here again, for sure the best place I’ve stayed at on booking.com. Definitely recommend. 10/10. Thank you for everything and for making our stay so enjoyable.

Urban Escape truly exceeded our expectations. Located right in the heart of Media City, the apartment offers exceptional convenience with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and all forms of public transport right on your doorstep. The building itself boasts excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a cosy movie room, and even a laundromat. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their adorable little dog was also a delightful bonus!

The room is slightly compact, but still very comfortable and well-appointed. Additionally, while there isn’t on-site parking, there is an affordable parking option available nearby, which worked perfectly for us.

Really nice room with good location and friendly owners

Perfect spot if You want to spend some quality time in Manchester. The Owners are very kind and helpful. The room is small but has everything what You need. You also have a private toilet. The quality/price ratio is really good in this place 😊 There is a tram stop of metrolink really close so You can easily get to every place in Manchester. There is also a mall nearby with some foodhall where You can get some good food. This place is located about 20-25 minutes by foot from Old Trafford so it's a perfect place if You want to see United game. So we really enjoyed our time here. If You are a United fan it's just for You.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic location only 60 seconds walk from Sainsburys and also the tram station into the city center. Room was great with a lovely view. Hosts were exceptionally accomodating and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely book again.

Es un buen lugar para una corta estadía en Manchester, se encuentra cerca a Old Trafford y al Museo IWM North, es posible llegar caminando a ambos lugares y existe una estación cercana para tomar el tranvía hacia el centro. Por otro lado, destaco la amabilidad y excelente disposición de Lola para todo lo que se requiera en la estadía.
