Location. Cleanliness. Hospitality of the host and also flexibility, we were going to arrive before check in time and the host was kind enough to allow us to check in 2 hours earlier at no extra charge.

Modern clean room with comfy bed plenty tea coffee bottled water plus chocolates thank you. tram 100 yards away which was ideal for city and co-op live arena 🙂
Finding the property was very difficult, with only a postcode, no name on building no access to buildings , could do with more information about location ,room number and floor, in this block are about 100 rooms on about 20 floors,so you can understand the problem I had, I managed to get into building but oviously with out no room number didn't know where I was, managed to contact host after 60 minutes to sort issues

Nice clean room and really nice bathroom with good amenities.
The ad said fridge and microwave and made it seem like there would be more access to the kitchen which is why we booked. Room had a kettle and some supplies but we were told the fridge wasn't included (they did let us put some milk that we'd brought in there but then we couldn't access it when we wanted). Would suggest removing the part of the ad that says fridge and microwave.
