Fantastic one bedroom apartment near Old Trafford Stadium

Lots of room plenty for short stay over

Only small criticism I had was duet wasn’t very clean for sofa bed.

The water pressure was amazing and it was just a lovey apartment wish we stayed more then 1 night

The mattresses wasnt overly comfortable, was fine for 1 night but a mattress topper woulda made the stay 10/10

The location is only 20mins by tram into the city centre so is lovely and quiet with plenty of parking but also not far from the excitement. There are a number of shops nearby for essentials. The flat is simple and spacious with lots of natural light and also soft lamp lighting for the evening. Getting into the flat was straightforward and having a lockbox means we could keep the key safe whilst out exploring the city. The bathroom was spacious with a huge mirror, perfect for 2 people getting ready for a night out.

There was a bad odour coming from the drain in the kitchen but that might be more of an issue with the building than with the cleanliness of this particular unit.

Upon arriving at the property that was freezing cold we noticed that the electric radiators were not switched on and one was hanging off the wall, when switched on they did not reach full capacity of heat. When we sat to have our evening meal one of my friends sat down and fell straight through the chair which was broken. We also tried to connect to the wifi being given the wifi network and password however the network wouldn’t even show up in order for us to connect. We rang number provided (SkyLet) who said they would get back to us within an hour and did not , we called them again and no further assistance was given with this issue and they even suggested the problem was with our mobile phone providers so as a result we had no wifi for the duration of our stay as our mobile data was also extremely slow in this building. The following morning Skylet got in contact with me due to not being able to fix the wifi and gave us the option to move to another apartment and collected the keys which unfortunately we couldn’t gain access to because the key and lock were stiff and unable to open. When this was made aware to SkyLet the answer was “our maintenance team have assured us this is working” at no point did anyone attend the property to help us with the reported issues and even rushed us to get out of the current apartment. The sofa bed would not lay flat and the duvet provided was stained. This property is cold, dirty , and hazardous and for this i am demanding a refund. Thank you

Perfect layout and cozy

Dust pan had sharp edge and my wife cut herself Mop wasn’t usable

Near to Old Trafford and supermarkets. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

At least 1 stand fan needed. The chair needs to be repaired / replaced.

Liked the proximity to the tram station.

Sofa bed was not satisfactory. The duvet provided had stains with no necessary bed sheets for the sofa bed. Also, the sofa bed seemed to be in bad condition, after unfolding it did not stay in its intended position and was crooked.

The location was good

Something disgusting on the kitchen cupboard door, stained pillow, no lightbulb in the lamp, carrier bag covering the smoke detector? And the sofa bed was broken, so we had to sleep on the floor.
