For short periods perfect if you are waiting for a flight

Clean and nice room. Nice host, very helpful with the finding of a good restaurant where to eat after a long road in 40 degrees. Very good for one night in transit.

The bathroom was a little smaller but we managed to shower. The AC unit was old and it made strange noises.

Good for it's price, but far from perfect.

Cheap. Renovated, looks nice, same as in photos. We accidentaly left our car's window open over whole night and nobody has stolen anything.

Host didn't sent check in instructions, so I paid additional 5€ just to call him (because of high roaming rates). Inproperly designed shower, all bathroom floor wet. Kitchen is symbolic, despite there is stove - no pan or pot, small cups. Should be at least one additional chair. Neighbours were banging doors loudly early morning. Despite it looks nice - it doesn't felt cosy, wouldn't spent my vacation there.

Clean and comfortable. Enough for a quick night's rest

The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner too was very nice and met us on arrival to open for us. There were just a few things we felt could be added that would have improved the experience such as a small shelf or stool in the bathroom to place your things on, as not even anywhere to put your soap or shampoo. Also a small dining table and chairs would have been great. There are also a number of stairs to get up to the flat, plus another two inside the door of the flat and the most annoying one was between the bedroom and the bathroom as there was a small raised step which we kept missing and hitting every time. There is also a very tiny dislevel for the shower floor and a shower curtain that doesn't go all the way round, so once you shower the whole bathroom floor is wet and there is no carpet or squeegee to remove the water. Overall however, given the price we paid and the fact that we got there late in the evening and left first thing in the morning, so literally just needed somewhere to sleep, it did the job. These were just some common things you expect to find which would help improve the rating.

Oda çok küçük ama temiz ve düzenliydi ayrıca sıcak su için bir elektrikli ısıtıcı da vardı.Televizyonu olması güzeldi ayrıca sınırsız internet de vardı.Bizi karşılayan otel personeli çok ilgiliydi ve kibardı ayrıca otelin konumunu bulmak için bizimle hep iletişimde kaldı ve yardımcı oldu.Otele geldiğimizde hemen odamızı gösterdi ve sabah çok erken saatte çıkış yapacağımız için yardımcı oldu teşekkür ederim

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Die Lage liegt sehr nah zu Autobahn, daher ist es gut zu erreichen. Die Tür war offen und die Schlüssel war auf die Tür, so könnte man schnell ins Zimmer kommen. Der Gastgeber kam sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir konnten sofort ins Bett. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Haus und das Haus wurde mit Kamera ausgestattet. Wir hatten kein Problem. Es gab Wasserkocher und kleine Kochnische im Zimmer und einen Kühlschrank.

Die Bettlaken waren etwa fleckig und sehr ausgenutzt. Es wäre empfehlenswert sie zu erneuern. Das Zimmer war etwas kalt. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, wir haben es aber nicht verwendet. Es gab Wasserkocher aber leider keinen Tee oder Kaffee.

Prosty dojazd z autostrady, prywatny monitorowany parking w cenie., klimatyzacja w pokoju, aneks kuchenny, czysta świeża pościel i ręczniki. Nic dodać nic ująć. Świętnie i na pewno skorzystam w kolejnej podróży.

Vidimo se ponovo kad budemo dolazili u Nis.

Smestaj je izuzetno cist, krevet udoban. Apartman ima sve sto je potrebno da se u njemu prijatno osecate. Parking je na 50-ak metara od smestaja, do centra grada se dolazi lako i brzo. Cena najma je izuzetno povoljna. Sve pohvale od nas. 😊

Tekrardan görüşmeyi çok isteriz.

Tesisin temizliği, konforu ve imkanları çok iyiydi. Bize ayrılan odadaki tüm eşyalar yeni, temiz ve konforluydu. Tesisin hem önünde hem de ayrı bir özel park yeri var ücretsiz. Tesisin sahibi beyefendi çok kibar ve ilgiliydi, kendisine her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar yolumuz Sırbistan’a düşerse tereddüt etmeden orayı tercih ederiz.
