Freundlicher, kundenorientierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Luka mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen. Sauberes Zimmer (Nr 4) mit bequemem Bett, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, TV und kleinem Balkon (mit Blick auf Dächer und einen eher hässlichen Innenhof, dafür ruhiger). Trinkbares Hahnenwasser. Sicheres Wohnviertel (mitunter wegen Nachbarshunden?). Zur Bushaltestelle und zum Bahnhof Niš 500 bis 800 m.
Bellende Hunde in Nachbarschaft. Es wird aus Kapazitätsgründen kein Frühstück angeboten, es gibt jedoch Einkaufgeschäfte in der Nähe

Very comfortable, clean, well-managed place that the very responsive and helpful hosts take a lot of pride in. Six rooms, all slightly different in size and configuration. Located close to several small food markets. About 1.5 kilometers from the city center, with buses being convenient and free (the Serbian government has been subsidizing them for most of the past year).

The young gentleman Luka is exectional at what he does. 10/10 highly recommended. The whole region of Southern Serbia is well known for its hospitality but this was on a another level. Highly recommended 10/10
