Very clean, private, safe, affordable, and the host spoke very good English. He was very friendly and informative. He won’t hesitate to answer any questions and will make your stay stress free.

Nothing to do with the property itself. A large dog across the street at the mechanic shop kept barking at all the fireworks throughout the city during the holiday and was left unattended for 2 days. The room kept the noise down, but stepping onto the balcony, the dog was a bit irritating. At the same time, I felt bad for it.

A great short stay

Everything was great. A small cute room with a comfy bed for one person, refrigerator, air-conditioning, TV and a very nice and clean bathroom. Easy to find, near the railway station. The room has no window with natural light, it is hallway oriented, but that is really not important for a short stay or if people do not plan to spend much time in the room. Nevertheless, for the amount of money invested, i got everything i needed. The host Luka was very nice and polite .

Everything. The host was very pleasant and nice. The rooms were excellent, very, very clean. I haven’t seen a place this clean. I totally recommend it. We will come again.

Stayed with a large group of football players. Everyone agreed that we would return next year.

After a long trip I just wanted a nice, clean, hot shower. Fantastic water pressure, clean bathroom and super hot water. Beds were surprisingly comfortable as well.

Very clean. Good use made of space with thoughtful touches like plates and cutlery. Comfortable beds. Very good value.

The only thing is the lights by the bed didn't work so check them first rst.

Absolutely amazing 10/10

Luka ( owner) was amazing host. Never had that great experience like this time staying at Radivojević Nis. Everything was so great from beginning till the end. He was always there for any help we need. If anyone staying in Nis or around then this is right place.

- Ausstattung des Zimmers ist neu und modern - Gastgeber spricht sehr gutes Englisch - Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Aussicht auf die Stadt - Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tassen und Besteck (!) vorhanden - WLAN sehr stabil, funktioniert einwandfrei - Bezahlung auch in Euro möglich - Eigenes Bad mit Belüftungsanlage - Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen

- Nur Barzahlung möglich (war schon bei Buchung bekannt)

Am făcut un popas in drumul spre Grecia,am dormit o noapte iar la întoarcerea din vacanta ne-am mai oprit o noapte.Curatenie impecabila,personal atent,ne-a așteptat cu apa in frigider, cafea in camera, bomboane.Este la vreo 10 min de autostradă

Orașul e deprimant și nu prea ai unde sa mănânci,dar pentru o noapte in care sa te odihnești e ok
