Modern flat & balcony in historic West Kensington

The location is perfect for working in olympia for me only a 10 minute walk and plenty of shops and take aways around the area. The balcony was small but a place to sit out and enjoy while chilling after working. Great bed location within the flat and comfortable with a good shower and bathroom area and the lounge area opens out to the balcony so you can eat while enjoying the fresh air. The TV will work with HMDI cables so you can bring your own entertainment games console etc.

The stairs up are narrow so don't bring big suitcases like i did and you can hear everything from the flat above but those are minor things for the comfortable surroundings

Great location near to underground stations, shops and great cafes

Very small. Would not describe flat or building as modern. Needs some tlc. Burn mark on sofa bed. No bedding for sofa bed. Shower not very powerful. Noise from people walking in upstairs flat woke us every morning. Balcony needs a good clean. Fire alarm went off one morning. Hard to hear from flat and resident on ground floor just turned it off without checking if there was a fire.

Easy to get to Olympia

Fairly clean but still had hair in the shower etc. Low quality fit out and all a bit bodged. Incredibly noisy upstairs neighbour. Don’t know if the floor in their flat was broken or something but it was like someone was dancing at 6AM. Tried to get in contact with the host but got no response unfortunately. Think paying 100 pounds a night for a mediocre place with an unwelcoming host is unfortunate to be honest.
