the position is so good, the tv is well equipped, and also the kitchen has everything you might need. the wifi connection is good in the room

the bathroom door needs to be fixed, some questionable stains on the moquette, the main door didn’t have a proper lock

The room was a lot bigger than I expected with lots of room for our suitcases and bags! The kitchen area was great and extremely useful. I loved the window in the bedroom, it was great to sit at and let in a lot of air. The room also has fans which were definitely needed as it was quite hot in London during our stay! The room feels extremely secure since there's two locked doors and while we could sometimes hear the other guests coming and going we couldn't hear them in their rooms at all. We had a little trouble getting the keys however after speaking to the host we managed to get it sorted quickly and the host was very helpful! The price was very good for the location (a 10 minute walk from the event we attended and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre which was very convenient!) and how big the property was, I'd love to stay there again next year! The bed was comfortable and we slept well!

The bathroom door is slightly stiff and difficult to unlock but it is a nice room. I'm also not sure if we had access to the garden since the door handle was broken but we weren't planning to use it anyway. There were a couple of stains and general wear and tear but it honestly didn't effect our stay at all.
