Kensington Olympia

Perfect location for Olympia, Key handover OK but had to chase

The proximity to the Olympia where our children were attending a weekend event, it is directly across the road and a 2 minute walk from the Kensington Olympia station. There was a lift as well as stairs. We were met with a lovely greeting on arrival and shown the apartment. We were able to put our bags in to store them before check in which was a great bonus. There is a couple of convenience shops directly beneath with pubs and restaurants a 5 to 10 minutes stroll away.

On the last night we were kept awake by noisy neighbours - however, this was not within the control of the apartment operators. The air con unit was noisy BUT it was very appreciated as it was very hot.

The apartment was great for our family of 4. Our teenagers did have to share a sofa bed but it was big enough. It has everything including iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a hairdryer. Only thing missing was a tea towel and a baking tray for the oven. The aircon is only in the lounge/kitchen and nothing in the bedroom so it was hot as the apartment got a lot of midday sun. Our washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived and the staff were very responsive and tried to get it fixed immediately. They allowed us to use a different machine whilst ours was getting fixed and staff were so helpful. Thank you Kensington, we would come back again. Also super close to train which is handy.

Main bedroom needs aircon. Definitely need a tea towel!

everything was almost good but if any issue arries,they took couldnt solve on same day,they were taking 2-3 days to solve the issue

in kitchen they rercently chnaged the gas but they didnt change the utensils which work on that new gas and it took more then 2 days to solve it and again when we extended our stay,a/c pipe is broke by cleaning team and at very same moment in informed them and asked to put cello tape so tat we can use it,till our departure they couldnt fix it apart from these 2 issue everything was good
