Safe neighborhood proximity to train stations

It was right above a 24 hour bodega. Lots of noise outside at night. The pictures are also a little bit deceiving making the space look bigger than it actually is.

Perfect location for Olympia, Key handover OK but had to chase

The proximity to the Olympia where our children were attending a weekend event, it is directly across the road and a 2 minute walk from the Kensington Olympia station. There was a lift as well as stairs. We were met with a lovely greeting on arrival and shown the apartment. We were able to put our bags in to store them before check in which was a great bonus. There is a couple of convenience shops directly beneath with pubs and restaurants a 5 to 10 minutes stroll away.

On the last night we were kept awake by noisy neighbours - however, this was not within the control of the apartment operators. The air con unit was noisy BUT it was very appreciated as it was very hot.

Close to a train station.

There are many issues. There is not enough kitchen equipment for 4 people. 3 saucepans and a tiny fry pan that the stove top didn't recognise. WiFi didn't work. There is not enough toilet paper and no roll holder. There are no instructions on how to use equipment. Coffee machine, but no coffee provided for it. No oven sheets. Bathroom sink plug stuck. These issues came up over the course of the stay, so contacting the management would have meant having to stay at the apartment rather than explore London. When I told whomever at the end of our stay, they wanted images and said I should have contacted them about the issues. Put the onus back on me when I'm the one who paid and expected to have no issues. Again, it is unreasonable to think I will forego seeing London and wait at the apartment for someone each time an issue arose. Particularly after 24 hours of travel from Australia and only a few days in Londo with many attractions booked and paid for.
