We loved the location right in Notting hill. We always felt safe and the staff was very accommodating. They let us into our room before check in which was really nice since we had a lot luggage. The room was very cozy, although beware of the pull out couch… our backs are still recovering!
There was four of us and only got 3 shower towels and there were no hand towels for kitchen or bathroom. Although the lack of towels did not affect our stay at all!

Розташування супер. До метро 5хв. Неподалік магазин, ресторан, кафе. Тихе затишне місце Notting hill. Вітка метро проходить через весь центр міста. На кухні всі прибори для готування були. Тепло було від кондиціонера і обігрівача
Квартира дуже маленька. Вікна не мились ніколи. Але якщо приходити ночувати і снідати, то добре.

Overall, our stay had some positive aspects, mainly the excellent location. It’s very well situated, with plenty of great breakfast spots nearby, which made mornings easy and enjoyable.
However, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. The common areas, especially the carpeted corridors, had a strong unpleasant smell, similar to cat urine. Cleanliness overall felt insufficient, both in shared spaces and inside the room.
The bathroom was extremely small—so much so that it was difficult to even wash your face without flooding the floor. There was also a persistent sewage smell coming from it. Additionally, the windows provided almost no sound insulation, and street noise was very noticeable throughout the night.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning did not work, which made the stay less restful than expected.
Service was also inconsistent. While the staff I communicated with online were very kind and responsive, there was no staff physically present on-site. I requested towels one day and only received them halfway through the following day.
Another downside was the exterior of the building, where there was a constant accumulation of rubbish right outside the entrance.
Finally, the rooms felt significantly older, smaller, and more worn than what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing.
