She made the stay feel welcoming rather than transactional. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and always with a positive attitude. Even small things were handled with care, and it was clear she takes pride in ensuring guests are comfortable. Her presence and responsiveness gave me real peace of mind throughout my stay, and it’s rare to find that level of consistent support over a long period. I needed an apartment for the entire month that was close to the tube and then disregard it was perfect. However, I was not expecting it to be as low brow as it was. It’s sort of felt like public housing. The neighborhood was nice enough, but somebody at the pub told me I was in the hood. I certainly like the price tag the bathrooms, however, had really bad plumbing. I could hardly get the toilets to flush completely. The bedding was not good at all. The bed was sunken in and I actually had to go to the local John Lewis store to buy a pillow and a pillowcase. That’s how bad the pillows. It was also extremely stuffy. You could only open the window a little crack. I happen to have had the bad luck of being there during a heat wave the last week not the properties fault but with no air, no window and no air conditioning it was stifling.
