Clean and convenient.

The place itself was clean, close to both a tube and a bus station and in a quiet area. Self-check in was easy. The kitchen had every amenity it needed to have. It served its purpose and was overall a nice stay.
It was quite small for two people, it had a chair but no small table or desk to eat at. Only one mirror and in the bathroom, so not even full length. One of the towels had brown stains, so I asked if we could get it replaced, but my text was basically ignored.

The property was clean and well located.
The lack of a desk and blackout curtains. Daylight came through from about 4:00am.

Self-checking with digital locks.
One small and one large towel for three days. No hot water one day. No actual customer support. Messages sound like they are generated by a bot/ai with no further action. Questionable cleanliness of bathroom: so much hair on the tiles and a dirty floor towel. Very thin bed sheet and stained mattress. A single window that faces the shared backyard.
