Portnall Studios - Maida Vale!

Confusing instructions about door entry but quickly rectified Curtain rail not secured/fell off No hanging hooks in bathroom

Small, but very clean and nice studio.

Some noise from the neighbours during the midnight.

Everything was as advertised. Short walk from the nearest bus stop straight from Euston station. Great location quiet area with plenty of shops nearby. I would call the room cosy not sure if it's a typical size for a London apartment however everything required for a good stay was there.

Floor space was at a premium, Wi-fi connection kept cutting out on phone but was stable on the laptop. Neighbours were having sexy time one morning and proximity was close quarters. Nothing to be done on that front really 😄

The location is great and the keyless procedure is easy, the communication was also quick

..however not really helpful; i didn't have any towels although they are usually provided - i found them in the washing machine but they were still dirty/used from previous guests. I was told that would be sorted but it wasn't. Also, the bathrug was dirty and had a giant whole in it. there's a kitchenette but it was poorly equipped, for ex there wasn't a single glass. Not sure if i was unlucky but it was a little disappointing cause it has so much potential. Last but not least: being asked via email to rate the property and stay with a 10/10 feels a little sketchy, especially regarding my experience..
