Studio next to Paddington station - 9

The room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was very easy to find, just a short walk from Paddington Station. The check-in instructions were also very clear and easy to follow.

There was nowhere to store luggage, but there are plenty of nearby shops that will hold your bags for around £5 each, so this wasn’t really an issue. The main shower head was broken, although the handheld shower was working, so it wasn’t a major problem. The room manager also came in during our stay to fix a broken drawer, which I found a little odd as this ideally should have been sorted before check-in. To be fair, he had messaged me about it on Booking.com beforehand, but I hadn’t seen the message. None of these things would deter me from staying here again, though — I absolutely loved the place and would happily stay again.

An excellent location, close to so many shops, restaurants and bars and minutes from Paddington Station. The apartment was clean and had everything you need, the bed was so soft and comfortable, and the check in instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, just a block from Paddington Station. The unit itself is comfortable and nicely renovated. It was handy to have a mini kitchen as well as several convenience stores within a couple of blocks. The staff were friendly and responsive. While the messaging system does not necessarily reach someone who is on site, I was lucky that someone was there on site whenever I needed them. The housekeeping staff were kind to watch my luggage for a few hours after I checked out, no charge.

As other reviews have mentioned, the unit was noisy, facing out onto the street. Since it's such a busy street close to the station, there was still foot traffic late into the evening. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.
