Good convenient location, excellent and helpful staff, comfortable, very clean. I enjoyed my stay.

If you want quiet, this is not the place. Except for a few hours at night, the area is noisy - people, cars, trucks.....

Ótima localização, facil acesso pelo metrô e da estação de Paddington. O apartamento era bem cuidado e confortável. Boa Iluminação natural do local, arejado. Bem equipado.

A cama era um pouco desconfortável. Apesar da boa iluminação no local, o apartamento fica no primeiro andar, ou seja, pessoas na rua conseguiam ver dentro do apartamento, o que me incomodava, então passei a maior parte do tempo com as cortinas abaixadas. A TV não funcionava tão bem.

Everything is just like in the photos. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for watching smart TV. The ceilings are very high. The blanket is warm. There’s plenty of space to lay out all your things. The interior feels cozy. The location is excellent.

However: * There was no hairdryer (they brought one later). * There’s a strong draft of cold air coming from the window next to the bed. If it weren’t for the warm blanket, I would have been freezing at night. * All the windows are very thin, and only one small vent window can be opened. It seems like it would be too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Even with the heating on full, you can still feel the draft. * There is no sound insulation from the street at all. You can hear everything outside, including the метро running underground. * The roller blind next to the bed doesn’t work — it can’t be lowered or raised. * The mattress is badly worn out and should be replaced. * The bathroom is very small, barely enough space. The cabinet under the sink is swollen from water damage. * The shower cabin needs to be properly cleaned from built-up dirt and mold. There are also lots of food leftovers stuck under the induction cooktop that haven’t been cleaned. * One of the chair legs is loose and needs to be tightened.
