القرب ،، وللأمانه تم استبدال القنفات ( الصوره غير عن الواقع ) القنفات الحاليه افضل من الصوره ،، توجد فوط و مناديل و فرش كفرات جديد ( علماً لم نحتاجهم ) و صابون الحمام لغسيل الايدي متواجد .. و المطبخ يوجد به اطباق و اشياء متعارف عليها في كل مطبخ لكن بعشوائيه .. يعني شي شبه نظيف لكن مو جديد ( تعاملنا مباجره مع الاخ محمد . وكان لطيف و محترم و مساعد و غير عصبي و نفسه طيبه جداً ) له الشكر الكثير
الشقه مافيها تدفئه .. التدفئه غير متوفره اطلاقاً .. وحين الاتصال بهم ( تم توفير لنا مدفئه كهربائيه صغيره توفي بالغرض مشكورين علي ذالك ) .. الشقه لم تكن منظفه يوجد غبار كثير و شعر قطط او كلاب متطاير بكثره .. نشاهده في ملابسنا و جواربنا للأسف .. الاصنصير غير متوفر في العماره ،، ونحن في الطابق الرابع شقه رقم 54 .. و تحميل الشنط و انزالها امر متعب .. لم يتم ذكر قبل الحجز ان هناك رسوم 50 باوند و 100 باوند حين تأتي بالساعه ال 6 بتوقيت لندن .، و تم وضعنا امام الامر المباشر للأسف .. حين تدفع ثمن السكن بالكامل نتصدم ان هناك تعليمات وتحذيرات ان يوجد رسوم في حال التأخر بالقدوم .. وكأن الطائرات و المطارات لنا وحدنا ولا للضروف صله .. و هذا استغلال واضح و صريح .. علماً لا معنى لذالك .. لم تحصل لنا تأخير لكن توترنا جداً من ذالك ..

The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around London. The apartment was quiet and the host was friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable and suitable for a medium-length stay.
Some facilities could be improved. The kitchen and the oven need a deeper clean, and it would be very helpful to provide a set of cutlery, a couple of pans, and a few pots, which would make the stay even more comfortable.
