The location was great, reasonable size for a flat in London and excellent hot water which was essential in winter given no heating in the bathroom. Beds & pillows were older but comfortable.
Generally quite rundown. Kitchen facilities were limited to the stove (& fridge), no kettle or microwave and the coffee machine didn’t work. Although the living room had a tv, there was no input cable so didn’t display anything.

The location is excellent. Convenient walking distance to the south kessington underground, as well as shops and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood, ideal for families with little kids. Nice hot water pressure.
It is an old property. Not so comfortable and not well maintained. Windows were broken and needed wood to stay propped open. The tub was not well cleaned. Trash was left outside the door for the duration of our stay.
