Location, cleanliness.
It was a bit warm. The check in time is really late and check out time is really early. There is also no options to leave your luggage for a couple of hours.

The location is excellent and the host was very good in providing all the information in a timely manner.
There is no physical interaction with anyone, which makes the whole experience rather impersonal and alienated. Additionally, one doesn’t see any other guests or a living would which makes one wonder how safe it all is.
