Great location at affordable prices. walking distance from two underground stations three and five minutes walk. Our room was spacious and clean. And could easily have accommodated 6 adults if using the two big fold out beds in the living room. Our two teenage boys used tham and found them very comfortable The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms come with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, and milk sachets. Its within walking distance of Sainsbury's and M&S and local shops so if your on a bit of a buget you can easily get shop ready meals.
For us the proof of the pudding was we would go back again.
Hard pushed to find any fault. Our room was only stair accessable. Ok for us but not a wheel chair. The accesses to reception was via steps so not wheelchare friendly. But that is outside the ability for anyone to fix as it was designed

Great location. Had what we needed in room
There was an unpleasent smell of drains in and around the room. Seems there was sn awareness as window was open. The smell came and went.
