Its a bright studio flat very conveniently located - just 1 munute from Hyde Park, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, 3 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate station and about 15 minutes walk from Oxford Street. The flat has everything you need for your stay in London. The bed is a standard double bed, there is a table, wardrobe, small kitchenette and a bathroom. The guests have the exclusive use of all the premises. Linen and towels are provided, has all the amenities for a nice, comfortable stay!

Stayed in a different flat for first night due to leak in the one we booked. Much nicer flat so guess it cost more.
Moved to the original flat for rest of stay. Shower did not work properly (dial broken and unable to turn down heat sufficiently), fan provided was not good enough for the heat in the room so sleep was poor.
Overall, the flat is in a perfect location for staying in, and could be very good but these couple of small issues could do with being looked at.

Arrived in central and made my way to the lockbox which is situated in a parking across from some townhouses but in a really weird spot and very odd to access behind a tree fixed to a pillar that is part of a fence...got the keys and made my way to the flat which i a nice clean place . my only issue where the loud workers from the restaurant that played loud spanish music but by 9:30 pm was quiet so if you are out all day its not an issue.overall the place is in a great location ,clean,safe and good for a couple of days in central London.

The apartment doesn't look like the pictures. Checking in is also a bit complicated (without photos, I wouldn't have found the key box). The apartment isn't particularly clean. It's on the first floor, and the kitchen of an Italian restaurant is downstairs, which is very loud until late into the night. The walls to the neighbors are extremely thin. The light in the hallway stays on all night, shining through the 2cm gap in the front door. There's no outlet in the bathroom. The location is good—it's only 5 minutes to Hyde Park. I wouldn't book it again.
