Its a bright studio flat very conveniently located - just 1 munute from Hyde Park, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, 3 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate station and about 15 minutes walk from Oxford Street. The flat has everything you need for your stay in London. The bed is a standard double bed, there is a table, wardrobe, small kitchenette and a bathroom. The guests have the exclusive use of all the premises. Linen and towels are provided, has all the amenities for a nice, comfortable stay.

This tiny flat is perfectly located for a person spending a lot of time out exploring the many sights of London. Safe, relatively quiet and super-convenient to two Underground stations.

All in all the place suited my needs it could have some minor upgrade and be so much better . A fresh paint job, new headboard and also a fan to allow air circulation

We loved the location: It was an easy walk to Paddington Station Underground Lines, close to Kensington Gardens, lots of nearby shops and restaurants, not to mention the laundry across the street
and down to the right a few doors (where you can have your folded wash returned the same day). It was really a bit to small for our two week stay and we found the bed to be too firm. We had to supply our own dish towel (which we left behind - so perhaps it's still there). there was no smoke detector, though you could see the marks where one had been. The noise from the Italian restaurant next door's kitchen was usually over by 10 and was never so much that we had to close the windows.
Over all we had a satisfactory stay.
