The studio apartment is very okay for the price. Good location, Good customer service, fan, microwave and washing machine and other useful appliances are present in room.

You could actually sleep on the mattress at this place, a good night sleep is the mattress, not sure about the other rooms but my room had a good mattress
It could be cleaner but for the price as long as the mattress is good, you’ll get a good night sleep

I liked that the place was near a place where you could get something to eat or go explore. If you just want a place to sleep with clean sheets/bed linen and clean towels, go for it.
If you're going for a place with hygiene and sanitary, this place isn't for you. There was a bandage on the bed, and some trash in the shelf. Everything is old in the building, including the beds. Faded paintings, old carpets, not so clean rest rooms. The photos is very different from my experience. The rest rooms should have at least a properly toilet brush instead of a dish washing brush 🤢
