Location is excellent right next to the national express station and the tubes! Lots of restaurants around!

It's a great well restored and preserved building. I don't know if it was a hotel before but it certainly works great for something like that. Large common areas, large rooms with big bathroom and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and fresh. I was there during the heatwave and didn't have a problem at all with the heat since the room was spacious and had a big window. It was also very convenient to commute anywhere in London. I would love to return.

Location was the best, room size was decent, bathroom size and bathtub were also good. View from the room was decent as well. Peak summer season so cost wise ok, otherwise would have expected much better facilities than this for what I paid

Top floor room (room 11) and no lift, small stairs to the top floor (very dangerous). Heatwave during my visit and fans provided were inadequate, I asked for better fans but was not provided and given a generic response of all rooms are booked (they could have given a temp solution as a 3rd fan). 2 fans were given, one was barely working, 2nd one was just ok. With good weather the room could be a 8/10, but what I faced was definitely a 5/10. But since it was because of weather and seems like whole of London don't know how to cope with heat, I have rated the room 8/10 still.

Amazing location, awesome kitchen. Staff are super kind and quick to respond. They let us in early too which was super nice. The place was really clean. Awesome to have a bathtub and the water pressure and heat was amazing. Very clean and nice bed linen, bed was pretty comfortable. Nice room size.

Way too hot at night. Even when it was 13 degrees Celsius, I had the window open and the fan on (we were on the 2nd highest level) and it was so hot. This was my only issue otherwise it would be a 10/10
