الموقع ممتاز جدا من أهم المواقع في لندن، الصالة فسيحة ونظيفة واطلالتها على المطاعم، وغرفة النوم اطلالتها داخلية وهادئة جداً ولايصل لها الصوت ابداً، اجراءات استلام المفتاح والدخول سهلة جداً وواضحة، خدمة العملاء متعاونين جداً ومتفاعلين، في اليوم الثاني بسبب أن مرتبة السرير لم تكن مناسبة لنا أنا وزوجتي فأبلغتهم وفي اليوم التالي احضروا لنا مرتبة جديدة مغلفة بأكياسها وأخذوا القديمة.
لم نجد ملاعق للأكل في المطبخ، تتوفر أدوات طبخ ولكن لاتوجد ملاعق!!!!
