Location, walking distance from Victoria station. Many options for food, groceries around. amendities in the room. Easy communication with administrator.
It is not really luxury. It is a simple room. The water was not getting very hot during my stay.

La ubicación fue excelente! Fue lo que más nos llamó a la hora de hacer la reserva. Está bastante acerca del centro y de la estación más próxima a pie. En un paseo de 20 min llegamos al palacio de Backingham, una gozada.
El olor a humedad. Soy una persona que ha sufrido de problemas respiratorios y nos tocó una habitación que esta en la parte baja del edificio. Se notaba la humedad. La cama no hubiese dicho que era para dos y las almohadas no invitaban a la comodidad y menos al descanso, las sábanas de un material sintético y desagradable. La taza de inodoro estaba rota y era incomodo sentarse. Y la ducha... igual de desastrosa.
