Was close to Victoria station
Asked if could book in a little bit earlier , said no 3pm and would send details re access , we had to phone property at 3 as hadn’t received them , did get them but when got to room at 3.15 was awkward as cleaner was still in there cleaning .

The location is great, the neighborhood it’s nice and you have everything near. The room it’s small but you have everything there to be comfortable.
The system of the shower was strange and I had a few problems, maybe was my experience but I never saw this system. The WiFi wasn’t the best.

The room was comfortable with good amenities
The shower takes about 15 mins to turn off.
It would be useful to have a sign on the door regarding the lock, as I did manage to lock myself out (although this was rectified quickly).
The mirror placement means you cannot dry your hair with the hair dryer whilst looking in there mirror.
