Everything was perfect for a trip to London, it was close to everywhere we needed and wanted to be. It was a perfect size and the facilities were spot on.
When it got far too hot during the night there was no way to change the thermostat, it stayed at 26 degrees which did make it a tad uncomfortable. Since we were only staying one night we could exactly ask what to do at 2am so we had to accept it.

It is in a great location - super close to Portobello Road market and the tube station. Facilities were great aside from the beds.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I did not have a good nights sleep during my stay. The upstairs mattress is so hard and flat. The couch also really hard, with the pull out mattress also disappointing. I’m usually okay with harder mattresses but this was something else.
