Our host Luz was amazing, very polite, welcoming and readily available. We had a separate room with a private bathroom and a separate large kitchen that included a washing machine, which we used. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. It was unfortunate we stayed during the heat wave, and as in most apartments in London there was no air-con, but Luz provided us with a fan and helped open an extra window. She also very kindly allowed us access to the rooms a couple of hours earlier, although we just asked if we could leave our luggage. She saw us in, gave us the keys, showed us where all the appliances were. We would definitely stay here again.

Very homely, welcoming host who was very accommodating arranging early arrival. The apartment is split into bedroom/ensuite and living room/dining, with full fridge, washing machine, stove top and combo oven. Nicely decorated, the apartment kept reasonably cool in the June heat. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Shepherd's Bush, Holland Park and Latimer Rd train stations and buses a few minutes walk. Excellent wifi.

The only issue is that with the sun going down after 9pm and rising at 4.30am, the apartment could benefit from heavier screens at night.

Studio was clean and modern and comfortable Was nice to have a washing machine in unit.

I think it would be nice to have had some tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the kitchenette. Also extra toilet paper and powder for the washing machine.
