Host was great, very friendly and quick to respond. Very close to transportation, westfield mall and grocery stores.
Some rooms are a bit limited to space and dark unless curtains are open.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped for a good stay. We had everything we needed: a good bed, a good bathroom to shower in, and a kitchen to prepare meals without having to eat out. It felt very comfortable to be there. The location was also important: close to several train and underground stations and in a good area with a park nearby.
The room had certain signs of deterioration. It was definitely clean, but it could benefit from minor fixes and a new coat of paint in a few places. The automatic lock on the door was not working when we arrived; luckily, we found batteries and replaced them, which solved the issue.

Location is superb. Easy to get to central London or Wembley. Plenty of shops nearby. The room is fairly comfortable, but could be better. I stayed here last minute, so for the price it was ok.
The room was fairly dirty. I had to clean all the floors in the room as it was full of black dirt. Dust on shelves etc. Noisy neighbours slamming doors throughout the night.

Looked like the photos. Had everything we needed for a nights stay. Location was close to kensington with a 15-20 minute walk. Clean apartment.
Check-in was poor. Didn’t recieive anything so had to get in contact when arrived at the hotel, and was updated after 1.5 hours. So had to carry our bags around an exhibition which wasn’t ideal. No teatowels - so had to use a bath towel to use the oven.
