Great location! Had everything basic you need: bed, small fridge, microwave, hairdryer and bathroom.
Had a desk but no chair. Some things were broken (table lamp, radiator cover, curtain). The bed sheets were short. The curtains didn't block any morning light. Bathroom vent in the ceiling was totally blocked with lint and dust. The bathroom sink didn't drain unless you removed the cover completely.
