New and modern. The bed was very comfortable despite what others said about it. Nice shower and easy to communicate with the owners. Good value for London standards and I would stay there again.

Just a few small details. The air con is only a small unit fan but we improvised and put it on a chair to allow the air to blow at mid height which helped. London was hot and sticky at the time which is unusual. The bins outside of the flat were right where the windows were so it got a bit smelly when we had them open. This is more a London-thing though- I don’t know how they could work around it. Again it was hot and sticky weather and u usual for this time of the year so we needed some airflow.

La struttura è comodissima ha una doccia fantastica ed è molto accogliente. Non molto vicino dalla fermata della metro.

L’unica cosa da migliorare è la pulizia nel letto e in bagno abbiamo trovato capelli.

Goeie service, je bent goed voorzien van goed apperatuur in de keuken dus je kan ook gwn lekker een keer in de studio eten in plaats van buiten de deur

Bathroom was remodeled very nicely. The medicine cabinet was really useful with storage and the double mirror. The washer, stove and kitchen sink worked well.

The TV would not come on. When we contacted the host, he said to plug it in, which it already was as it is mounted firmly to the wall. We think maybe the remote needs batteries. We were disappointed that there was no bakeware so we couldn't use the oven. There were very small sauce pans and a wok, which we had to use to cook everything. No paper towels or bath soap or shampoo. The home needs a few small repairs. For example the front door knob was broken and the address numbers on the front door were peeling off. Also the clothes rack in the closet was sloped downward so every time we opened the closet some of our clothes would fall on the floor. We also ran out of toilet paper on the final day. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken so that pumping the spout didn't bring up the soap. Our recollection is that the property was advertised as having an air conditioner. However, it turned out to be a small floor unit that operated more like a fan and only minorly cooled the area within a foot or so of the fan. Overall we think that a few minor changes to address these issues would have made our stay much more pleasant.
