Cozy 1BR Flat for 2 in Central West London.

We enjoy the location as it was literally beside good restaurants and easy access to the green tube line. It was clean and spacious enough to be comfortable for a week.

I didn’t like the communication with the staff in charge. They always answered kind of fast to my message but the issue we had with the computer never got fixed even if I contacted them the first day of our arrival and we stayed there for 5 nights. There is a beautiful brand new Mac24 that was apparently accessible for us to use but we simply couldn’t because of a basic issue. Nobody was able to give us an actual username/password for us to actually open a session as guest, even if normally guest don’t need a password. We were there for a week for a formation my wife and me and we didn’t bring our laptop as a computer was there for us to use, but we really regretted to not have ours. Mostly, it sad that in 5 days there nobody took care of this for us. Also, the coffee machine clearly needed a deep cleaning so I simply nevermind trying to make myself a coffee in this. The AC in the bedroom was great for the night but forget using it during the day as the exit pipe from it actually pushed the hot air from the bedroom to the living room. I never witnessed such setup and I found it really silly, but at least the hot night we had during a stay were manageable for the sleeping part as it was really hot weather that week. So nothing major, but still, those little things to make a person comfort a bit better would have been great, even more the computer part that I needed. And contacting them many times didn’t help at all. We left without being able to use the computer.
