My stay in MBZ

The location is very close for me at that time

To be honest my stay in this room is very very bad even when i arrive to the location they didn't answer a call properly . I waited for 4 hours outside because of the team not responding call even they have no respect for customers i think this place not in the level of booking.com

Very disappointed, they sre running scam, after paying such amount i didin’t expect this kind of room.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a room, but ended up in a tiny partition with zero privacy with open ventilation.Basic amenities were missing it took 3 hours just to get a towel. The room had a broken chair, no dustbin, and a single bed for two guests with torn bedsheet. My requests for a replacement chair and a bin were completely ignored. Avoid this place!

They were like ghosts, non existing either on calls or physically. They were always unavailable.

The staff was not cooperative at all. They did not answer calls. When we spoke with them eventually, they kept delaying everything. Highly NON-RECOMMENDED

Absolutely unacceptable experience, requesting a refund with no response

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and paid for a full month in advance. Before my actual check-in date, I visited the property to check the room, and what I saw was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The rooms were untidy, dirty, messy, and nowhere near clean enough for anyone to stay, especially not for a month with my wife. I immediately informed the staff and requested a refund. They told me to speak with the manager. I followed up multiple times with the staff, the manager, and even Booking.com, and received ZERO response from anyone: no support, no updates, nothing. I have lost my full AED 3,000 and still haven’t received a single reply or any help in resolving this matter. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I need my refund, and I hope others are aware before booking here.

What the ad doesn’t show you is that the place is very small and messy. The elevators don’t work. You will be put in an apartment with 4,5 rooms where a lot of other people will be staying. It was supposed to be a two room sharing one bathroom, and I was traveling with my family so that wouldn’t be an issue. We got put on different floors, and the guy was not courteous at all. My mother is sick and I kept asking him to open a room so she can at least sit, but he kept insisting to see the ID and everything else first.

The hotel does not meet booking standards.

There's nothing there worth praising... No parking There is no privacy and the smell is very bad... It's more like a prison than a hotel. I have a question for the hotel management (small apartment) Are the cockroaches there paying rent to live there ...?

The bathroom is common, and there is a hygiene problem in general... The pictures placed on booking are not real and different from reality ... I think I've had a systematic scam, and unfortunately, I can't make a claim for money back... This is very shameful after all the trust I put in Booking, and they allow everyone with a small apartment to turn it into a luxury hotel. I hope the management of Booking will review such cases like this

There was not a single chair in any room as shown in pictures on booking.com website.. it's cheating

Sorry but it's pathetic. After sharing genuine feedback and sharing photos Also my money is not returned. Disgusting. We have not used the rooms as the condition was bad , claustrophobic smell of cigarettes all around, cockroaches. Non working kitchen

Totally false advertising and we didn't stay! We left without using their facilities.

The rooms were advertised as suitable for 2 persons each. When we arrived (4 people), the beds were barely big enough to fit 1 person. Parking was mentioned as available, which is why we chose this place. When we arrived, we were informed there's a public parking lot behind the building where we can park (if space is available!). In both the above matters, the reality was quite different from what was advertised. We didn't use their rooms and we've requested a full refund, but till date, there has been no feedback from the landlord ([email protected]). Utterly false advertising and not worth it at all!!

I'm really not satisfied with that room. Single partitioned room and there is no space in the room.

Location is good

First, they showed a single partition room without a window and with poor air regulation. After i requested they given single partitioned room with window. Actually that is not worth for money.

Value for your money, Quite accessible location for public transport and restaurants.

The hostel is quite good and easily accessible by public transport. Even though the Hostel building is located quite inside, its surrounded by local shops and restaurants which makes it easy to get food and other necessary things with just a few minutes of walk from the hostel. The hostel manager guy is being good and communicative.

The hostel lacks cleanliness and kitchen facilities. and also the bedding should be changed frequently once the guest checks out of the hostel.
