You'll be situated just a short stroll from the shore and local restaurants, groceries, shops, and charter services can all be found within a mile of the home for added convenience. Less than two miles away, the Hatteras Island Visitor Center is home to the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the family-friendly Museum of the Sea. Summer-stay guests will also enjoy access to the pool at Club Hatteras.
The townhome's multi-story interior showcases stylish coastal decor and all the modern home essentials to make you feel right at home. A plush sectional and a pair of armchairs offer family comfort in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for casual entertainment. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and accessories for easy home cooking, and features an eat-in nook and dining table on either side for flexible mealtime gatherings. All three bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV for added convenience. Everyone will appreciate fast and free WiFi, along with everyday essentials including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location was great. The house was clean, however, there was a bug issue (ants,spiders, and waterbugs) that made me uncomfortable about sitting in the swivel chair by the window. I will also say that the cookware wasn’t really adequate. What I mean by that is there weren’t lids to match the pots or skillets, and we had to purchase a cookie sheet from Conner’s Supermarket to be able to make chicken nuggets. There wasn’t even an oven mitt so we had to buy that as well. It was still a very nice home and the view of the lighthouse was wonderful. We would come back, but know that we need to bring more than we anticipated.

We loved the house. It was updated, clean, and you could just tell Vacasa cares about providing a good vacation rental experience. We asked for extra towels at one point and they were attentive and responsive. They even honored our request to leave the towels at the door so our dog wouldn’t get overexcited. We’ve stayed with Vacasa a few times now and they never disappoint. The staff are great, the homes are nice and clean, and they know how to cultivate good experiences. We will definitely book with Vacasa again.
