It was great. The problems we had were taken care of.
It took some time but they compensated us .
The house had plenty of dishes , glasses silverware. I did bring more pots but I cook big meals . It does take 24 hrs for the fridge to cool. But there is a foodlion 10 mins away.
And the beach is less than a 3 min walk from the house.
I will definitely be back !

Two families stayed here for the week (12 people). The layout of the house is great for big groups - plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and hottub were great.
A few things that could be improved: The microwave worked but was very loud; the fridge smelled like fish when we arrived - we purchased Baking Soda for fridge/freezer, and by the next day it was better. Lastly, the decks could use some TLC... pressure washing at a minimum to clean them and there was also a loose board on first level.

I loved the location of this house. This was my first stay in Buxton. The house has lots of charm but needs some TLC. There is a lot to be desired
when it comes to curb appeal, however it has a pool and hot tub which was enjoyed by the whole
family! Also, very roomy so you aren't cramped with a large group. We could walk to the beach in 3 minutes or
less. With some repairs and updating, this could be the best house on the block in my opinion.
