The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious homemade meals for everyone. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Really good location and everything was good. Just a couple of things you should know. The fire alarm in the hall on the 2nd floor across from the stairs intermittently would go off. No one was cooking. The toilet paper holder in the half bath was off the wall as well. Nothing affected our stay and we will stay again

It is slightly outdated unit / the touch up jobs are super noticeable throughout. The place was clean and served its purpose.

Place was clean and spacious, nice outside shower for Beach cleanup, easy access to the beach, covered parking, laundry facilities on main floor, nice size rooms and kitchen.
